Payment
- Room rates are payable in THB in advance upon check-in
(maximum payable in advanced: 1 month) - The deposit is payable in THB or equivalent amount in any foreign currency upon check-in
- Payments by credit cards are subject of 3% surcharge

The studio apartments are located to both sides of the building facing the North and BigC-Extra or the South side.
MAXXCENTRAL studio apartments are all hotel-like furnished and equipped, including King-Size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and Flat-Screen TVs.
All bathrooms provide rain shower.
Especially designed for long-term stays our studio apartments offer a fully fitted kitchenette including hob, microwave and big fridge, sufficient space for living, a nice balcony to relax and a comfortable working area with desk, telephone and an ultra-high-speed-internet connection which is free of charge. The big corner balcony located to the back side of the building facing the North-East above the swimming pool or the East-West is accessible either from the living area or from the bedroom.
